Cancellation Policy

The Burgos Operational Sustainment Solutions, LLC (“The BOSS”) understands that plans sometimes change. This policy outlines the terms that apply when a client needs to cancel or modify a confirmed booking. Please read this policy carefully before booking.
Deposit and Cancellation
All bookings are secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit. By submitting a deposit and confirming a booking, clients acknowledge and accept that the deposit will not be returned in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the notice period provided. This policy exists because preparation for your training begins at the time of booking — not the day of training. The moment your booking is confirmed, we begin reserving your date, declining other requests for that time, and preparing your session.
Cancellation Notice and Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% balance collected prior to training is subject to the following cancellation schedule:
- 7 or more business days’ notice before training: full refund of the remaining balance.
- 3–6 business days’ notice before training: 50% refund of the remaining balance.
- Fewer than 3 business days’ notice before training: no refund of the remaining balance.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: no refund of any amount paid. The full fee may be invoiced if not yet collected.
All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to trainingsupport@burgosopssolutions.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The date of written notice determines which tier above applies.
Rescheduling
We strongly encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling options include the following:
- One complimentary reschedule is available per booking with at least 5 business days’ notice prior to the original training date.
- The deposit transfers to the new date and is not forfeited upon rescheduling.
- The rescheduled training must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
- Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 5 business days’ notice may result in full forfeiture of the deposit at the discretion of Burgos Operational Sustainment Solutions.
- A second reschedule request is subject to a $50 administrative fee and must be approved in writing.

Recurring Services and Subscriptions
Clients enrolled in recurring training programs or subscription services may cancel at any time by providing written notice to consulting@burgosopssolutions.com at least 5 business days before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after the 5-business-day cutoff will take effect on the following billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for recurring plans unless required by applicable law.
Corporate and Government Contract Cancellations
All payment obligations confirmed within a signed contract are non-negotiable and binding on both parties. Cancellation of contracted services is governed by the terms of the executed agreement. Where a contract is silent on cancellation, a minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required and all costs already incurred or invoiced remain billable to the client. Clients canceling a contract prior to service delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in the signed agreement.
Cancellations by The Burgos Operational Sustainment Solutions
Burgos Operational Sustainment Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to instructor illness or emergency, insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, venue unavailability, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid — including the deposit — or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes.
